You can return any unopened product sold and fulfilled by niteize.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

*Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

*To obtain an RMA Number, call 800-678-6483 to reach our customer service department.
*Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
*Package the item/s and write the RMA Number on the receipt (if you have it) and on the outside of the box and send to:
