We’ll replace those for the first three years and we got your back on everything else for as long as you own the flashlight, no worries.
Nite Ize, Inc. warrants that every INOVA® product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the light.Nite Ize shall, at its sole and exclusive discretion, repair or replace any INOVA® product returned to Nite Ize that is determined to be defective with the same item or one of equal value, even if we no longer manufacture the light that you own. LED bulbs, rechargeable batteries, chargers, and switches are covered for a period of three yearswith proof of purchase or registration. INOVA® products may be registered at this link. Nite Ize is not responsible for any damage or failure of any INOVA® product resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration or lack of maintenance. Nite Ize recommends only Nite Ize®, Panasonic®, Energizer®, or Duracell® non-rechargeable batteries, or the INOVA T4 rechargeable battery for use in INOVA® products, and is not responsible for any damage due to battery leakage or failure.
